Challenge
How might we empower property buyers to find and purchase a unit on their own—without relying on a broker—while still being able to visit suitable properties in person and complete the process with zero commission fees?
Objective
To design a seamless digital experience that allows users to independently search for, visit, and purchase real estate units—eliminating the need for brokers, minimizing friction in the buying journey, and ensuring a fully commission-free process.
Results
We designed a user-centered search journey that delivers highly accurate results based on detailed preferences, complete with match percentage indicators to help users quickly identify the most suitable units. Each listing features high-quality visuals to support informed decision-making. Additionally, we enabled users to schedule in-person visits directly through the platform—completely broker-free and with no added commission fees.
